Tradewinds congratulates our September 2025 Athlete of the Month, Courtnay White!
Courtnay has been with us for just over a year but has become such a staple presence in the gym. She works so hard to make time for her fitness, we noticed she really goes above and beyond to stick to her routine and it’s something we admire about her. Not only that but she also shows up to work hard, when she gets to the gym she means business! She is such a talented athlete and has only grown in her time with us. It’s so incredible to see her growth since she joined us and we have loved cheering her on through it. Courtnay also always comes in with a contagious smile and brightens any day, which is something we really appreciate! Thank you for being you Courtnay, we admire you and are excited to continue to cheer you on through this journey!

AOM Closing Thoughts…
Before walking into Tradewinds on the first day, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or I wouldn’t be able to lift as heavy, be as quick, or achieve what others can. Then I remembered the quote “ Comparison is the thief of joy”. I had a decision to make and I chose to take my first class. Now I have been consistently attending classes for the past 15 months and I am stronger, more confident, healthier, and happier. The coaches are amazing and the other members are supportive and positive. I look forward to the months ahead to see what else I can achieve and how much more I will improve.
