August 2026 Athlete of the Month

We are thrilled to celebrate Mary Lou as our August Athlete of the Month!

For the past year and a half, Mary Lou has been a familiar face in our 5:30 a.m. group classes, showing up with consistency, determination, and a positive attitude that makes those early mornings even better. She came to Tradewinds looking for the accountability and motivation that comes from working out in a group, and she has embraced every challenge along the way.

One of the things we admire most about Mary Lou is how she measures success, not just by what she can do in the gym, but by how much stronger and more confident she feels in everyday life, her progress is a reminder that strength reaches far beyond the workout floor.

Mary Lou, thank you for your dedication, your kind spirit, and for being such an important part of our Tradewinds community. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what you achieve next. Congratulations on being our August Athlete of the Month! 🎉
