July 2026 Athlete of the Month

We are thrilled to celebrate Paulette as our July Athlete of the Month!

For nearly two years, Paulette has been a consistent, positive presence in our 9:15 a.m. Small Group Training sessions. She shows up with a smile, works hard, encourages those around her, and proves that strength training has no age limit. Her dedication to staying healthy and strong has not only paid off in the gym but has made everyday activities—whether carrying groceries, keeping up with her grandchildren, or tackling yard work—feel easier and more enjoyable.

Paulette embodies what Tradewinds is all about: consistency over perfection, embracing challenges, and supporting one another along the way. We love that she joined after her daughter Meghan encouraged her to give us a try, and we’re even happier that she found a community she now calls home.

Congratulations, Paulette! Thank you for bringing your kindness, determination, and positive attitude to Tradewinds each week. We are so proud to recognize you as our July Athlete of the Month, and we can’t wait to see all you continue to accomplish!
