A huge congratulations to our May 2023 Athlete of the Month… Katelynn Cali!
It is only fitting that today also happens to be Kate’s 2 year anniversary, a perfect testament to her dedication! Kate has been an absolute pleasure to have as an athlete. She has a passion for fitness that is so fun to coach, an athletic ability that no doubt comes from years of dedicated effort, and an extremely kind nature that makes working out alongside her a blast. She has the ability to make others feel welcome in the gym, is a great team player and is always putting other people’s needs ahead of her own. Kate is one of the most humble, hard-working athletes we have ever had in our gym, and she has shown it day in and day out for the past two years. She knows how to show up, when to go hard, when to listen to her body and how to push herself towards her goals. She is a great role model in the TW Community and we are so grateful for her. Thank you Kate, congratulations and keep up the good work!

AOM Closing Thoughts…
My experience as a Tradewinds athlete has been a great one. All the coaches are so supportive and you are always greeted with a smile when you enter the gym. When I first arrived at Tradewinds I was still recovery from having a baby. I was nervous and so unsure walking through the doors. I didn’t know what I could do, what I shouldn’t do and where I was compared to before having a baby. My mind was immediately put to ease. The coaches guided me through my recovery and I am now not only back to where I was pre-baby but I would say I am stronger and faster. The community at Tradewinds is a very special one. Everyone lifts each other up, cheers for each other and the atmosphere is just very special.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
