It’s been a busy Summer, but with September comes the end of the season and the start of many people’s favorite time of year: Pumpkin Spice Season! Kidding (or are we?) But in all seriousness… things are just ramping up at Tradewinds!
Yes, Fall is just a few weeks away and while the temps may begin to drop, that doesn’t mean that your fitness motivation should as well. It can be a tough balance for many people, because the Fall season is one of change in ways other than the color of leaves: school is starting back up, or you’re moving to a new place, or any number of other things. Change being what it is, it can be disruptive
So with the new season, make yourself a new pledge to stay committed to yourself and your health! Rely on your key motivators and keep that momentum going well into the season!
