September 2024 Athlete of the Month

We are so excited to announce our Athlete of the Month for September 2024 will be… Bridget Collins! Way to go Bridget!

Bridget came to us last year wanting to bring a new fitness routine into her life, little did she know that she would become such a strong part of the TW community over time. The best word to describe Bridget is “infectious”, her positive energy, her laugh, her incredible work ethic, it all rubs off on those around her whenever she is around. Any time that Bridget is in the gym the vibe is just better, and whether she means to or not she really brightens up our day at TW. Bridget has grown so much as an athlete in this past year as well, she has gained strength, athletic ability, and only continues to grow in the gym. While she loves to laugh and have fun she also knows how to work hard and take advantage of her time with us. Bridget is day in and day out such an incredible role model for our community and someone we are beyond lucky to call one of our own!

AOM Closing Thoughts…

Being a tradewinds athlete has really helped me both mentally and physically. I have met amazing people and  really feel welcomed by the gym community. All the coaches are so supportive. They really care for the athletes and their safety. I love that the workouts are diverse and challenging. I never feel bored and actually look forward to going to the gym to get a good sweat on and a good laugh.
