Tradewinds is so excited to congratulate Zac Purinton for being chosen as our August 2024 Athlete of the Month! Go Zac!
Zac has been on an epic journey with us so far. He dove headfirst all in a few months back and hasn’t looked back since. He committed himself to making changes and building new habits, he chose to challenge himself to be the best he could be, and so far he has been greatly successful! You can catch Zac bringing lots of positive energy and laughs to our 5:30am class. He is welcoming, supportive of his fellow members and always ready to work hard. Zac is also a very strong athlete, in such a short time he has built up excellent strength and continues to find ways to push himself further. He is a great role model and member of our community. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Zac in his fitness journey. Congrats Zac!

AOM Closing Thoughts…
When my wife signed me up for that first Community Workout, I was very skeptical, hesitant, and nervous. After the first round, all that left and all I had left was determination to survive. It was hard, I was a little embarrassed, but knew that I would enjoy the challenge. I ended up starting the 63 Day Transformation with Andy and what a great decision it was. I knew that I wanted to, needed to really, improve my health. He understood the task and built a program to help get me on track, both from an exercise perspective, but also building healthier habits to really utilize the work I was putting in with the training. I felt and saw some really great improvement in those 9 weeks: I eat better, feel better, my clothes fit better, I’m stronger, and more flexible. When the 9 week Transformation was over I moved to group classes, another thing that took me out of my comfort zone. What a great decision! I’m loving getting up in the morning, getting my day going with a good workout, with good people. Thanks, Tradewinds fam for everything!
